Recently bought my truck at this dealership. Their sales staff strive to help accommodate your deal. They were more aggressive in helping me with my deal than my local dealerships. They would not even return my messages. I drove up north to finalize deal and everything went smooth and no issues. Lying time waster, was texted out the door quote and immediately started driving there to purchase. 20 miles into my trip I get a call stating truck was sold and I felt I was lied to so I looked online and confirmed VIN to see that the advertised price is $4k higher and truck is very much for sale. Very deceptive and not a business I could ever recommend. They wasted hours of my time.
I took my vehicle to check for a fault and the first advisor was a total irresponsible, gave me two appointments and was not present. But Manny Rivera took my case and in six hours I checked my vehicle, diagnosed it, fixed it and made the claim to my warranty and a rented car.
Mr. Nelson Merced was very attentive to my needs and offered solutions that really helped me. I deliberately waited until the transaction was completed before leaving a review because this was an unusual GM replacement/buyback situation and I wanted to be fair. Unfortunately, the experience became increasingly stressful and disappointing. I purchased a vehicle from Starling on July 27, 2026, as an out-of-town buyer. During negotiations, I pointed out that the vehicle would likely need new tires soon. Ali Lyazidi assured me that during their inspection process they would measure the tread depth and, if the tires didn't meet legal requirements, they would replace them at the dealership's expense. Wow. I got a pre approval over the phone from Georgia. Booked a flight the next day and was picked up by a wonderful friendly gentleman at the airport from the dealership named John! John drove me to dealership where I was met by a very polite non pushy sales representative named Fady. I had a terrible experience with the new sales team/finance manager and no one has responded to date. This is a horrible way to treat military Veterans. Dealer said they would reach out to me on the issue but failed to do that to date. There was a $733 charge for a service added to my contract that I did not want or ask for. we had a chevy Colorado drop off at dealer ship for repair May 8th; it has since not been repaired we have had to bring it back 2 times. it is July 13 still no word on what is being done have paid around 4000.00 in repair cost. no communication on what the issue is and it feels like we are just throwing parts at it to see if it gets fix. we will not be doing business with this dealership again
