we had a chevy Colorado drop off at dealer ship for repair May 8th; it has since not been repaired we have had to bring it back 2 times. it is July 13 still no word on what is being done have paid around 4000.00 in repair cost. no communication on what the issue is and it feels like we are just throwing parts at it to see if it gets fix. we will not be doing business with this dealership again

My husband and I purchased a used truck recently with the help of Fady. He knew I needed to see the vehicle right when they open at 9am, and he gave me his personal number to begin some of the processes and paperwork the night before through texting so the vehicle would be ready for me to test drive promptly at 9am. Well..........Dealership was good and ANgel was great as well as the finance dept. But the dealership wasnt completely honest about the condition of the SUV that I bought! First, it only had one key to it and the lock button doesnt work! So I have to manually lock the suv! I have to buy a new key that cost me $300 !!! Next, there is an issue with the AC system, I have to pay $225 just to find out why the AC isnt getting cold! Then there is the cost of fixing it in future, which will run up to $1000 plus. ...
